Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Town of Princess Anne Commissioners and Manager for the restoration and repair of the town's police station and jail, located at 11780 Beckford Avenue in Princess Anne; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
