Synopsis:

Requiring a county board of education, under the direction of the county superintendent, to take a school census of children under a specified age during school years ending in an even number; requiring the school census data to be reported to the State Board of Education and the General Assembly; and requiring the census data collected about the children with disabilities population to be reported in a specified manner.
