Dentistry - Waiver of Licensure Education Requirement - Pediatric Specialist

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Dental Examiners to waive specified education requirements for applicants for a general license to practice dentistry who do not hold specified dental education degrees if specified conditions are met, including the applicant's being contractually obligated to provide pediatric dental services for at least two years in a public health dental clinic operated by the State, a county, or a municipality; etc.
