Somerset County and St. Mary's County - Ferry Companies - Franchises

Synopsis:

Authorizing the county commissioners of Somerset County and St. Mary's County to grant one or more franchises for a ferry company to operate between Somerset County and St. Mary's County and between Somerset County and Reedville, Virginia on an exclusive or nonexclusive basis; requiring the county commissioners of Somerset County and St. Mary's County to review the proposed business and financial plan for a ferry company before granting a franchise; prohibiting specified ferry companies from conducting gambling or gaming activities; etc.
