Synopsis:

Authorizing the court to appoint a guardian ad litem in specified custody or visitation proceedings; requiring the guardian ad litem to hold a specified license and have experience in specified areas; requiring the guardian ad litem to attend specified training; providing that the court must inform the guardian ad litem of specified procedures; establishing the duties of the guardian ad litem; and defining a specified term.
