Retirement and Pensions - Baltimore City Jail Employees

Synopsis:

Providing, at most, 5 years of service credit to members of the State Retirement and Pension System who were employed by the City of Baltimore at the Baltimore City Jail and who became employees of the State at the Baltimore City Jail on July 1, 1991; requiring these members to deposit a specified amount of money into a specified fund; and reducing specified retirees' allowances if specified funds are not deposited into a specified fund.
