Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of TrendsMicro, Inc. for the acquisition of land, and for the planning, design, construction, and build-out of the TrendsMicro building which will offer retail computer sales, software and certification training, and IT solutions and systems integration support, to be located in and around Campus Way South at Largo Plaza in Largo; etc.
