Teachers' Retirement and Pension Systems - Reemployment of Retired Personnel

Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who are employed as assistant principals or guidance counselors; requiring the county boards of education to provide information to the State Retirement Agency; requiring retirees reemployed as assistant principals to meet performance requirements for each year of their employment prior to retirement; and requiring the State Board of Education to adopt specified regulations.
