Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities - Notice of Violations of Law to Affected Individuals

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide written notice to specified persons if the Secretary finds that a nursing home or assisted living facility has violated specified laws and that a resident has been adversely affected by that violation; requiring the violating nursing home or assisted living facility to pay for the cost of the notice; etc.
