Ethics - Lobbyists - Public Official Only as Member of a Board

Synopsis:

Providing that a regulated lobbyist who becomes subject to specified provisions of the Ethics Law as an official or an employee is not required to terminate the lobbyist registration if the individual is a public official only as a member of a board; and providing for review by the State Ethics Commission.
