Labor and Employment - Employee Leave for Adoption - Sunset Extension

Synopsis:

Extending a termination date that applies to a provision of law that requires an employer who provides leave with pay to an employee following the birth of the employee's child to provide the same leave with pay to an employee when a child is placed with the employee for adoption.
