Requiring that the Medical Assistance Program include the Employed Persons with Disabilities Program; establishing specified criteria for participation; requiring specified persons to pay specified premium amounts; requiring an annual report to the Legislative Policy Committee; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to submit an application to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services by October 1, 2002; etc.
