Crosswalks - School Crossing Guards - Traffic Regulation

Synopsis:

Authorizing a school crossing guard to signal, stop, or otherwise direct or regulate traffic within a crosswalk to permit the safe crossing of pedestrians through the crosswalk; prohibiting a person from willfully disobeying a lawful order or direction of a school crossing guard; requiring that a specified fine collected by the District Court be remitted to a specified county or municipal corporation that employs a specified school crossing guard; requiring a school crossing guard to be employed by a specified agency; etc.
