Military Service Members

Synopsis:

Providing for a deferral of payment of specified property taxes for specified military service members; providing that during the deferral period a lien does not attach, interest does not accrue, and penalties may not be assessed; providing that the drivers' licenses of specified military service members and their dependents do not expire until a specified time; and requiring public institutions of higher education to refund tuition and fees to specified military service members under specified circumstances.
