Agriculture - Water Quality Improvement Act - Nutrient Management

Synopsis:

Establishing two classes of certified nutrient management consultants; requiring that Class 2 certification include one or more training sessions and a written examination; requiring the University of Maryland Cooperative Extension Service, in consultation with the Department of Agriculture, to develop and conduct specified training and examinations; removing the requirement that a property owner or operator grant the Department right of entry; etc.
