Ethics Law - Regulated Lobbyists Serving on Boards and Commissions

Synopsis:

Altering the requirement that a regulated lobbyist terminate the lobbyist's registration under specified circumstances; and requiring the State Ethics Commission to adopt specified regulations authorizing a regulated lobbyist to serve on a State board or commission under specified circumstances and subject to specified requirements.
