Synopsis:

Requiring the Executive Director of the Family Investment Administration to develop specified audit processes and formulate strategies relating to the participation in and coordination of specified programs and services; requiring the Secretary of Human Resources to establish a specified coordinated outreach pilot program to assist applicants for and recipients of benefits under the cash assistance, food stamp, medical assistance, energy assistance and purchase of care programs; etc.
