Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Law Enforcement Officer's Retirement Income

Synopsis:

Providing a Maryland income tax subtraction modification for retirement income received by an individual that is attributable to the individual's employment as a law enforcement officer of the United States, the State, or a political subdivision of the State; providing that retirement income included in the subtraction may not be taken into account for purposes of the subtraction allowed for retirement income of individuals who are at least a specified age or who are disabled or have disabled spouses; etc.
