Synopsis:

Authorizing the court to award reasonable attorney's fees to the prevailing plaintiff in an action by a condominium unit owner against the council of unit owners, board of directors, or developer to enforce the provisions of the Maryland Condominium Act or the declaration, bylaws, or rules of a condominium.
