Synopsis:

Establishing a program of public charter schools; establishing chartering authorities and authorizing chartering authorities to grant charters for public charter schools to specified sponsoring agencies; providing for the regulation of the public charter schools; requiring evaluation of and a report on the public charter schools; etc.
