Synopsis:

Allowing a physician's report to be admitted into evidence on appeal from the Workers' Compensation Commission; establishing conditions for admission of a physician's report; allowing a responding party to enter a physician's deposition into evidence; and generally relating to evidence in a Workers' Compensation appeal.
