Synopsis:

Authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to pass an ordinance imposing a surcharge on State lottery tickets purchased in the City of Baltimore; and requiring the Mayor and City Council to determine the amount of the surcharge imposed and to use the revenues raised for specified purposes.
