Establishing the Resident Teacher Corps Pilot Program; providing for the purpose of the Pilot Program; requiring the State Board of Education to award a Resident Teacher Certificate to applicants that meet specified criteria; requiring the State Board to award professional certificates to applicants that meet specified criteria; requiring the State Board to submit a report containing specified information to specified committees of the General Assembly on or before a specified date; etc.
