Education - State Board of Education - Rezoning of County School Districts

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to require each county board of education to review, every four years, the student capacity of each school in each school district in the county to determine if there is an imbalance of students among the school districts; requiring the State Board to require the county board to rezone county school districts by the beginning of the next school year, if an imbalance among the school districts is found; etc.
