Synopsis:

Authorizing the Dorchester County Commissioners to enforce ordinances as county infractions or to prosecute them as misdemeanors; providing that specified fines imposed by the District Court are a judgment for the county and shall be enforceable as civil judgments; providing for procedures for the service and content of citations; establishing a procedure for the collection of costs in specified circumstances; authorizing the designation of an attorney to prosecute county infractions; etc.
