Wiretap and Electronic Surveillance - Proceeds of Drug Crimes

Synopsis:

Adding specified money laundering offenses relating to the proceeds of drug crimes to those crimes for which evidence may be gathered by interception of oral, wire, or electronic communications under specified circumstances; adding specified money laundering offenses relating to the proceeds of drug crimes to those crimes for which specified persons may apply to a judge for an order authorizing the interception of oral, wire, or electronic communications; etc.
