Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $350,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of National Center for Children and Families for construction and renovation of a computerized school and library, a hub for training and mentor services and activities, space for the mental health treatment team, a training and conference facility, a center for the recycling and distribution of in-kind donations, and space for conferences and administration, located at 6301 Greentree Road in Bethesda; etc.
