Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew the license of any resident or the privilege to drive of any nonresident who is cited for specified parking or red light traffic violations if the Administration, under specified circumstances, receives a specified notice that the person has failed to pay the fine for the violation, has failed to file a notice of the person's intention to stand trial for the violation, or has failed to appear for trial.
