Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Rehoboth Square Community Services Outreach, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of The Center for the Development of Women and Children of Rehoboth Square to provide outreach services to the citizens of Baltimore City, including housing, support services, life skills, and job training, located at 818 Franklintown Road in Baltimore; etc.
