Synopsis:

Endorsing the Governor's plan to construct a Metrorail line from the New Carrollton Station to the Bethesda Station, with stops in Riverdale, College Park, the University of Maryland, and the Takoma-Langley Crossroads; and urging the Governor to initiate planning for the construction of a Metrorail line from Branch Avenue to the City of Alexandria as part of the construction of a new Woodrow Wilson Bridge connecting Maryland and Virginia.
