Entitled:
Prescription Drug Safety Act

Synopsis:

Requiring prescriptions to be legible; providing that specified penalties do not apply to a violation of the Act; and requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to convene a specified workgroup and report to specified committees of the General Assembly by November 1, 2004.
