Natural Resources - Hunting - Reporting of Deer Kill

Synopsis:

Requiring a person killing a deer to report to a designated checking station with either the unskinned deer or the fresh skin and head of the deer within 24 hours after killing the deer; and repealing the prohibition on a person removing the head, hide, or any other part from any deer before the deer has been checked at a designated checking station.
