Pimlico Economic Development - Community and Racetrack Act of 2004

Synopsis:

Establishing the Pimlico Economic Development Authority; requiring the State to allocate specified slot machine revenues to the Pimlico Gaming Fund; authorizing the State Lottery Commission to allow the holder of a license to operate specified slot machines at the gaming venue at Pimlico Race Course to also offer to the public specified casino-type games; etc.
