Cigarette Restitution Fund - Statewide Academic Health Center Grants - Clarifications

Synopsis:

Clarifying specified State academic health centers to which the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene may award specified Statewide Academic Health Center grants under the Cigarette Restitution Fund; requiring specified State academic health centers to submit final annual reports to the Department; requiring the reports to include specified information and be submitted in writing within 45 days of the end of each fiscal year covered by the grant; etc.
