Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to require health care facilities licensed and regulated by the Department to establish a patient safety program; authorizing the Secretary to adopt regulations to carry out specified provisions; providing for the components of the patient safety program; providing for specified penalties; etc.
