Real Property Sales - Disclosure Requirements - Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Critical Area

Synopsis:

Requiring a contract or an addendum to a contract for the sale of real property to contain a conspicuous statement advising the buyer that the property may be located in the Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Critical Area, that specified regulations apply in the critical area, and that a buyer may determine if critical area regulations apply by contacting the local planning and zoning agency.
