Labor and Employment - Minimum Wage

Synopsis:

Requiring specified employers to pay specified employees at least the greater of specified wage amounts; authorizing specified employers to pay employees under the age of 20 years at least the greater of specified wage amounts for a specified period of time; prohibiting specified actions for the purpose of hiring specified employees; and authorizing an increase in a tip credit used by specified employers to compensate specified employees.
