Crimes - Death Penalty - Murder of Off-Duty Law Enforcement Officer

Synopsis:

Providing that a defendant found guilty of murder in the first degree may be sentenced to death under specified circumstances if that defendant murdered a law enforcement officer while the officer was not on duty and the murder was committed in retaliation for the officer's actions while on duty.
