Hunting - Shooting of Another While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs - Required Test

Synopsis:

Requiring an individual who a police officer has reasonable grounds to believe shot and killed or injured another individual while hunting while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs to submit to a blood or breath test to determine alcohol concentration or drug content; authorizing and providing for the results of the test to be admitted into evidence in specified criminal trials; providing for a penalty for refusal to submit to the test; authorizing the administering of the test; etc.
