Higher Education - Firefighters and Ambulance and Rescue Squad Members - Tuition Assistance

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that specified firefighters and ambulance and rescue squad members be residents of the State to receive tuition assistance for courses credited toward a specified degree; requiring, as a condition for receiving tuition assistance, a specified minimum average number of hours per week of service; and generally relating to tuition assistance for firefighters and ambulance and rescue squad members.
