Criminal Procedure - Defendants on Probation for Committing Sex-Related Crimes Against Minors

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to establish conditions of probation applicable to a defendant who has been placed on probation before or after judgment for committing a sex-related crime involving a victim who is a minor; authorizing the court to deviate from specified conditions of probation under specified circumstances; authorizing a defendant to request the court to modify conditions of probation applicable to the defendant under specified circumstances; etc.
