Creating a Task Force on the Resale of Homes in Condominiums and Homeowners Associations; providing for the composition of the Task Force; requiring the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House to designate a chair of the Task Force; requiring the Department of Legislative Services to provide staff for the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to submit an interim report by June 30, 2006 and a final report by December 31, 2006; etc.
