Establishing the Maryland Security Systems Training Board; requiring the Secretary of State Police to adopt regulations to implement training requirements for security systems technicians developed by the Maryland Security Systems Training Board; providing for the composition of the Board and the terms, removal, and compensation of the members of the Board; authorizing the Board to set specified fees; and requiring the Board to set training requirements for security systems technicians.
