Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Assistance to Disabled Veterans Establishing Small Businesses; specifying the membership and duties of the Task Force; providing for staffing and requiring the Governor to appoint a chair of the Task Force; prohibiting the members of the Task Force from receiving compensation but authorizing specified reimbursement; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 1, 2005; etc.
