Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights - Prohibition Against Arrest and Citation Quotas

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a law enforcement agency from requiring that a law enforcement officer meet a quota for making arrests or the issuance of citations; authorizing a law enforcement agency to collect, analyze, and apply information to ensure that an applicable legal obligation is not violated; etc.
