Task Force on Indoor Air Quality in Educational Institutions

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Indoor Air Quality in Educational Institutions to address health and environmental risks posed to students and employees by toxic organisms located in the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems of educational institutions; providing for the membership, duties, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to issue a specified report by July 1, 2006; etc.
