Nontransient Noncommunity Water Systems - Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether - Testing

Synopsis:

Requiring nontransient noncommunity water systems to test the water provided by the system for the presence of methyl tertiary butyl ether, report the findings to the Department of the Environment, and notify specified users if the level of methyl tertiary butyl ether in the testing sample meets or exceeds the State advisory level; etc.
