Synopsis:

Establishing an Advisory Committee on the Management and Protection of the State's Water Resources; providing for the membership, duties, appointment of the chair, and staffing of the Committee; prohibiting a member of the Committee from receiving compensation; authorizing a member of the Committee to receive reimbursement; requiring the Committee to make a report to the General Assembly and to include a specified recommendation; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
