State Government Reports to General Assembly - Requirement of Electronic Submission

Synopsis:

Requiring each official or unit of the State government that intends to submit or distribute specified reports and other publications to the General Assembly to distribute or submit the report or publication to the Department of Legislative Services and the State Archives using only electronic means; and exempting specified reports and other publications from the Act.
