Teachers' Retirement System and Teachers' Pension System - Reemployment of Retirees

Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance specified retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System and the Teachers' Pension System; requiring that retirees of the Teachers' Retirement System and Teachers' Pension System become members of either the Teachers' Retirement System or Teachers' Pension System if those retirees are reemployed by the local school system from which they retired; etc.
